We are a team made up of close knit family and friends.
Our heritage between us spreads across the Caribbean and the UK; Grenada, St Lucia & Jamaica to name a few.
Our inspiration stems from our unique heritage, culture and upbringing. Together we bring a fusion of Caribbean and UK influences through our forward thinking designs.
With over 30 years of experience between us we come together with our talent & expertise; from costume designers, to HR Management, Music DJ's and Web/Media designers to bring our passion for all things carnival alive and to the road for the first time at Notting Hill Carnival 2019!
Not afraid to push the boundaries. Not afraid to be different. Not afraid to be daring. Not afraid to be who we are. We have no creative limitations.

Who are Team Masanova?
First and foremost - the one who's dream it is to have a band on the road.
Wayne (Band Manager) - originally West Indian Connection Sound' front man.
West Indian Connection Sound
have a high reputation and popular amongst the crown around them. Wayne has been going to Notting Hill Carnival since 1987!

Sandra, Wayne's other half (Management Team) and passionate to help his dream become a reality.
"It's great to be part of a team that's full ah vibes and just want to have fun. I grew up in a country where carnival is part of you, so being involved in Team Masanova is like the icing on the cake. We are all unique in our own ways and working with such talented individuals is what makes us who we are. I cannot wait to see what the future holds....
